Once you click the button it will send you to a secure credit card form... This secure (128-bit encrypted) page, once the purchase is completed, will then give you a ticket number representing your sale... This transaction, monitored by Clickbank, can be proven with the ticket number that you paid for the item to insure that your receive what you paid for despite any unforseen problems... Then you will be directed to another page that has a download link to your item and a very specific download instruction reminder...
What is Clickbank??? ClickBank takes many credit cards from all over the world and most of all, they are secure... When you click the picture of a product on our page then Clickbank takes over... Not only do they ensure that your transaction is secure, they also insure that we deliver what you paid for... They provide you with a ticket number to prove that you paid for the merchandise and allow us to check this so that we can get you what you paid for in the event of some problem...
What if there is a problem and my download fails for some reason??? If there is a problem contact us immediately!!! Give us the ticket number of the transaction,... I have a slow connection and will have too much trouble downloading the files for sale here... What can I do??? You may purchase the printed version and wait for it in the mail... If you prefer eBooks, there is a very good program available for free at www.getright.com that aids in downloading... It allows you download at your convenience... Connection losses etc are no problem because it saves what was downloaded and continues later... Also it can be paused if you have to stop the download for some reason... Later it picks up where it left off without a problem... If you use the program please read all information and directions that it offers...
I bought one of your books and downloaded it, now what??? They can be opened with programs widely available... The .pdf files can be read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, available for free at the bottom of the our Products Page... The .zip files need to be "unzipped" to be used and this can be done with the program WinZip, also free (trial version) at www.winzip.com Once you have access to your books etc. you may read them at your leisure on the computer or print them out... We only ask that you do not distribute them...
When will new products appear??? Well, as soon as we make them... We try to make products that help people in some way... The children's books have moral points that help the next generation and reading is a good thing for children... The novels are for enjoyment but have uplifting or informational themes... The guides and pamphlets are for situations that are easy to deal with but only if you have the information to do so...

In a physical store you have a signature to verfiy you while the internet uses geographic location to make sure it is really you.
